GoliathTech Nevada LLC ("GoliathTech Nevada," "we," "us," or "our") operates a text message (SMS) program to communicate with customers, prospects, and partners regarding our helical pile foundation services, project updates, estimates, scheduling, and related business matters.

This SMS Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our text messaging program and applies to all SMS communications sent by or on behalf of GoliathTech Nevada.

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, we may collect:

Message frequency will vary based on your project status and the nature of our business relationship. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

No Sharing or Sale of Your Data

GoliathTech Nevada does not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through SMS messaging with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number will only be used to send you the SMS messages you have opted in to receive.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With our SMS messaging service provider(s) solely to deliver messages on our behalf
• As required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of GoliathTech Nevada or others

Any third-party service providers we engage are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than delivering our messages.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from GoliathTech Nevada by:

• Providing your mobile number on our contact or estimate request form and checking the SMS consent box
• Verbally agreeing to receive texts during a conversation with our staff
• Texting START to our business number after receiving an initial opt-in invitation

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from GoliathTech Nevada.

How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any text message we send you
• Reply CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — all are honored
• Contact us directly by phone or email (see below) and request removal

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Following that, no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Data Retention

We retain SMS opt-in and opt-out records as required for regulatory compliance and to honor your preferences. Message content may be retained for a reasonable period consistent with our business records policy and applicable law.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your mobile number and messaging data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No data transmission method is 100% secure; however, we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this SMS Privacy Notice from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued participation in our SMS program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
